House Rules – Holiday Let Accommodation

These House Rules apply to all guests staying at our holiday accommodation. By making a booking, you agree to follow these rules throughout your stay to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and neighbours.

1. Occupancy

The Property must not be occupied by more guests than stated at the time of booking. Unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00pm, unless agreed otherwise in advance

  • Check-out: By 11:00am, unless agreed otherwise in advance

Late departures or early arrivals without permission may result in additional charges.

3. Noise & Neighbours

Please respect neighbouring properties at all times. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted, particularly during late evening and early morning hours.

This holiday accommodation is intended for relaxing stays and family-friendly use.

4. Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. This includes all rooms and enclosed spaces. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning charges.

5. Pets

Pets are only allowed where explicitly agreed prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance. Pets must not be left unattended inside the property unless agreed.

6. Care of the Property

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the holiday accommodation with care

  • Keep furnishings and equipment in good condition

  • Report any damage, breakages, or maintenance issues promptly

The cost of repairs or replacement may be charged where damage occurs.

7. Cleanliness

The property should be left in a reasonable, tidy condition at the end of your stay. Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.

8. Rubbish & Recycling

Please dispose of rubbish responsibly using the bins provided and follow any local recycling guidance supplied at the property.

9. Safety

Guests must familiarise themselves with fire safety instructions and emergency exits. Candles, portable heaters, or any hazardous equipment must not be used inside the property.

10. Parking

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and access routes must not be blocked.

11. Loss & Personal Belongings

We cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay. Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

12. Breach of House Rules

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in termination of your stay without refund and/or additional charges.
